Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BidOne.lol (https://bidone.lol), a digital advertising and promotional ranking platform operated by Aman Rajput, India. By submitting a listing, starting checkout, completing a payment, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Pricing page.
1. The service
BidOne.lol provides a public pay-to-rank promotional leaderboard. Eligible businesses, founders, creators and product operators may submit a public destination and purchase promotional ranking placement. A listing's position is determined by the verified amount recognized under the applicable board rules. Ranking is advertising placement and is not an editorial endorsement, investment product, prize competition, auction of property, gambling service or promise of financial return.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may submit only a destination that you own, operate, represent, or are otherwise authorized to promote. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and destination you submit.
3. Ranking mechanics
The All-time board ranks eligible listings using lifetime verified spend. The Today board uses qualifying verified payments within its rolling 24-hour window. Daily pages may archive activity by UTC calendar day. The exact mechanics, minimums, increments, tie-breaking and expiry rules are described on the Rules and Pricing pages and may be updated prospectively.
4. Payments
Payment processing is provided by the payment gateway configured by BidOne.lol. The amount, currency and payment method presented in the gateway checkout are the final payment details you authorize. A browser success message alone does not activate a rank; BidOne.lol verifies the payment server-side before fulfilling the service.
5. Immediate digital fulfillment
When a payment is captured and verified, the purchased promotional ranking service begins immediately. The verified amount is applied to the listing and the public leaderboard is recalculated. No fixed rank duration is promised because other verified payments may change positions at any time.
6. No performance guarantee
Payment purchases visibility within the ranking system only. BidOne.lol does not guarantee impressions, clicks, customers, leads, revenue, search ranking, social reach, conversions, a specific return on advertising spend, or that a listing will remain at a particular position.
7. Listings and metadata
To present a listing, BidOne.lol may retrieve publicly available metadata from the submitted destination, including its title, description, favicon, logo, Open Graph image and domain. You grant BidOne.lol a limited right to display submitted and publicly available identifying material solely for operating, promoting and documenting the leaderboard service.
8. Prohibited use
You may not submit malware, phishing, impersonation, deceptive redirects, unlawful goods or services, infringing material, adult sexual content, destinations designed primarily to evade moderation, or content that violates applicable law or payment-provider requirements. BidOne.lol may block, hide, recategorize or remove listings reasonably believed to create legal, security, fraud, reputation or payment risk.
9. Moderation
Moderation decisions do not convert the service into an editorial recommendation system. We may correct obvious metadata errors, refresh public metadata, change a category, restrict a destination or temporarily suspend a listing while investigating abuse, payment disputes, technical issues or legal complaints.
10. Ownership and account access
The checkout email may be used to associate the buyer with the listing and provide private management access. You are responsible for keeping management links and your email account secure. Contact hello@bidone.lol if you believe control of a listing has been compromised.
11. Intellectual property
BidOne.lol, its software, design and original branding remain the property of their respective owner. Listing owners retain their rights in their own names, trademarks and content. Display of a third-party listing does not imply partnership or endorsement.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting failure, abuse prevention, third-party outages, payment-provider issues or security incidents may temporarily affect the site. We may update features, categories, minimum bid levels or ranking mechanics; material changes apply prospectively unless required for security, law or fraud prevention.
13. Refunds and disputes
Cancellation and refund rules are described separately in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you believe a payment was duplicated, incorrectly captured or not fulfilled, contact hello@bidone.lol with the relevant payment identifier before initiating a dispute where practicable.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BidOne.lol and Aman Rajput are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, expected advertising performance or losses caused by a change in rank. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from a destination you submitted, your lack of authority to promote it, your unlawful content, or your breach of these Terms.
