Shipping & Delivery Policy

BidOne.lol provides digital advertising and promotional ranking services only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

1. Nature of delivery

The purchased service is delivered electronically by applying a successfully captured and verified payment to the submitted listing and recalculating its position on the applicable public leaderboard.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery normally begins immediately after server-side payment verification. In ordinary conditions the updated listing/rank should appear within moments. Temporary delays may occur because of payment-provider notification delays, metadata fetching, hosting maintenance, network issues, fraud checks or moderation review.

3. Delivery method

No courier, postal shipment, freight service or physical parcel is involved. The service is delivered through https://bidone.lol and, where applicable, a private management link sent to the checkout email address.

4. Listing metadata

Title, description, favicon, logo or Open Graph preview may be fetched from the submitted public destination. Ranking fulfillment does not depend on every metadata image being available; a listing may temporarily use a safe fallback while metadata is fetched or refreshed.

5. Owner access

After successful payment, the checkout email may be associated with the listing. A private magic link can be used to manage eligible listing details and review ranking/payment information.

6. Failed or delayed digital delivery

If the payment provider shows a captured payment but the purchased ranking does not appear after a reasonable processing period, contact hello@bidone.lol and provide the payment/order identifier and submitted URL. We will check the signed payment/webhook and fulfillment records.

7. No physical shipping address required

A shipping address is not required for delivery of the ranking service. The operator's legal/operating address is provided separately for business identification and support purposes.

8. International customers

The service can be delivered digitally to customers in supported jurisdictions. Availability of a particular payment currency or payment method depends on the payment provider and merchant account configuration.
